Cadet Break-Out Sessions

• Run “parallel lines” to the Recruiting and Retention themes for the Senior Staff.

• Gain Cadet Perspectives on what attracted them to a Military College and the recruiting techniques that they found appealing and not appealing.

• Gain Cadet Perspectives from Retention techniques. What are the major factors to stay? To leave? What would they recommend they do differently?

• Identifying the best school to attend is multifaceted and sometimes frustrating process. This site will help you determine which of the AMCSUS schools meet your needs and how to determine the best fit for you.

• --First, use the School Search to identify prospective schools that interest you.

• --Then you should contact the admissions office at those schools (telephone numbers and email addresses are listed.) They can provide supplemental information and answer your questions.

• --Before making a final choice it is always advisable to visit the school, meet with faculty and students, and get a sense of the environment and setting. The admissions office can help arrange a visit.
