The logo needed to be simple and high end, since it will be the main imagery throughout the packaging design. Since the different treats come in 3 different flavours (similarily with the canned food) three colours were used. This works with the three parts of the logo, creating a different logo design on each of the treat boxes, but still keeping them the same so they work as a set. The typeface used for the logo is Century Gothic. Which is also used throughout the packaging designs.

The Packaging design was kept simple, the less fussy the more high end it will look. When the box is closed it is a clean crisp black and when it’s opened there is a pop of colour showing the pattern design created from the logo.

Since the pattern created from the logo is really simple, it works across a range of packaging sizes and shapes. Here it is used on a can design and a larger box which holds dry dog food. The layouts vary quite a bit but the pat-tern design is strong enough to bring them together as a set even if different colours are used.

A pop up café was proposed as a form of promotion. It will be set up at the crufts dog show. Creating a restau-rant experience for the dogs, with a menu and seating in comfortable dog beds which can also be bought on the ama website. There will also be a modern style couch for the dog owners to sit in while the dogs enjoy the food and treats in ama designed bowls. Extra products will be sold for takeaway.

The products can be bought online at amascuisine.com, the website is kept simple in style with the packaging de-sign. There are three main pages (dog food, dog clothing and beds), which can be navigated to from the buttons cre-ated from the logo. The background sparkles with the logo triangle shape, to give it a glamorous look.
