Teen Summer Stock 2012Presents 13: The MusicalJune 25-July 295 week program • Monday - Friday 1pm-5pmExplore your theatrical side while hanging at the "J" withfriends old and new! This year's Summer Stock productionof 13 provides opportunities for teens to participate insinging, dancing, acting, prop and costume prep, and more.Five weeks of preparation Mon. thru Fri. afternoons lead up toperformances on Wed, July 25, Thur, July 26, Sat, July 28 &Sun, July 29.Auditions will take place during the first week; teens mustbe registered for Summer Stock in order to audition.

Counselor in Training (CIT)Leadership ProgramGrades 9-12Session l: June 25-July 20 / Session ll: July 23-August 17Teens develop leadership skills, acquire experience working with young campersand participate in special CIT workshops. CITs will spend part of their weekworking with a Camp Komaroff group or in an Early Childhood Educationclassroom in order to gain practical experience, and a portion of their week intraining sessions and team building activities. They’ll assist in a wide range ofactivities, including swimming, field trips, sports, crafts and more.Note: To be accepted into the CIT program, teens must fill out an applicationand be interviewed by CIT Director.(This program can be combined with Summer Stock)

Our instructors demonstrate key engineering concepts suchas gear trains, worm drives, pneumatics and eccentric motion, which campers apply withthe powerful force of their imagination. Writers’ WorkshopJuly 23-27Discover the magic of the written word in this exciting camp focusing on prose & poetry,playwriting and more. Explore, share & listen in a workshop setting, while learning technique &style along the way.
