Event Design & Description

This will be a formal cocktail party that is designed for the personnel in the event industry and entrepreneurs. Treat yourself to signature cocktails, amazing music, and a warm inviting crowd. We will be exhibiting floral designs from local floral designers at Jackson Junge Gallery 1389 N. Milwaukee Ave. Chicago, IL 60622. The idea is to support each other and connect business with one another. We will be exhibiting floral design pieces from Chicago's hottest floral design event firms.

We are excited to bring to you a fun Ice Breaker Game Haute "Floral Design Contest". for the first 50 guests. Guests will have an option to pick out a flower to participate in the icebreaker game. Each stem with have a cloth tag on it that the he/she can put their names on. On the back of each cloth tag there will be a dot in the color of yellow, blue, pink, red, or green. This is how everyone will know which vase to go to. All participants will receive a prize for participation. We don't want to give away the overall event design, but it will be unconventional, breathtaking and entertaining! We will be having a guest speaker, gift bags, and more!

5:00 pm-7:00 pm Staff arrives and sets up. 7:00 pm Guest start to arrive, mingle, and any purchases to be made at the

door only. Guests will be able to see floral designs of various floral event design firms in Chicago exhibited throughout the art gallery.

8:00 pm We will address the crowd introduce Allure Floral Design, by Rochell and introduce our guest speaker.

8:30 pm We will address the crowd introduce Allure Floral Design, by Rochell and introduce our guest speaker.

8:45 pm Guests will begin judging the five floral art pieces designed by the first 50 guests.

9:00 pm We will announce the 2nd place winners, followed by the 1st place winner in the Haute Floral Design Contest.

9:30 pm-10:00 pm Networking and mingling will continue. As guests leaves they receive their gift bag for coming.

10:00-11:00 pm Thank guests for coming and wrap up the night (Event ends at 10:00 pm vendors have hour to clean up. Assistance will be provided if needed.
