What Is an Islamic GardenAn Islamic garden is a garden that has been designed in the typical Islamic style. Most Islamic gardens are found in the oldest Islamic countries, including most countries in the Middle East. They occur in large numbers all along the Mediterranean Sea from Spain to North Africa

What Type of PlantsThe Tulip is probably the flower most associated with the Islamic Garden; It was the Ottoman Turk's favorite flower.

Daffodils were another favorite flower in the traditional Islamic Gardens.

Roses are also the most associated with the Islamic Garden

The Garden Design The traditional design of the Persian garden was used in the Islamic garden. Islamic landscaping was introverted and miniaturized in some parts of the Islamic world where it set out to repre-sent the paradise described in the Holy Quran.
