needs assessment survey.

Asian Pacific American Leadership Initiative Facilitator Developed curriculum and served as a facilitator for a newly established leadership
program for APA student leaders. Program consisted of one weekend retreat and five
three-hour sessions during the academic semester covering topics dealing with APA
identity development, leadership development, and coalition/team building.
