Introduction

Following is my vision for the direction the business will take in case of receiving the seed

funding necessary to maintain our cash-flow till the end of the year operating projects described

and getting more specific and selective in the services we provide.

• Initial business planning was done by analyzing the model of 2 successful web companies 37Signals and Envato

• Envato.com establishes online communities around specific subjects and creates streams of services and products around it.

• 37Signals.com offers subscription based products that solve specific business problems.

What we have done

• We have created 3 online communities for entrepreneurs, developers and designers

• We’ve developed ideas/prototypes for subscription-based products that solve specific business problems and ready to implement as we allocate necessary resources

• We had been providing web services to maintain our cash flow and invest in our communities and products.

• While community projects can be looked at as unprofitable, there are a lot of services and products that can be derived from it.

• For Design & Development communities we’re intending to create the Lynda.com of the middle east by having highly qualified professionals recording trainings and making it available in a subscription-based library similar to the famous Lynda.com in Arabic

• Network to build can be used as the networking platform for our projects.

• ToastMasters is an international organization for public speaking with over 260,000 members across the globe

• Being a member of ToastMasters for 2 years periodic meetings still lack a complete solution to manage club activities

• Proposed iPad and mobile application to manage ToastMasters meetings more effectively.

• Web/Mobile/iPad Application to work as an intermediate between Billboard advertisers and agencies owning the boards.

• While trying different dresses Instantly post photos to social media sites for feedback from friends across twitter/facebook and/or your email inbox or account on store site.

with you to take snapshots of the dresses you love the most so you can keep a record of them. You'll probably try on many dresses during your search, and you'll probably quickly forget the details of each dress as you try on the next one you love.”
