economies of the world.

About DELHI - NCR

Delhi's metropolitan area, known as the National capital region (NCR) encompasses the

entire NCR as well as the neighboring satellite towns of Faridabad and Gurgaon in Haryana,

and NOIDA and Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh..

The development of the region has given strong impetus to the development of real estate in

this entire region. Leading developers like Tata Housing has come up luxury properties such

as Raisina Residency and Primanti in Gurgaon. In other areas as well many leading real

estate brands have strong presence and are constructing properties in large scale.

Noida has been put on the fast track for the Delhi Metro. Through Delhi Metro, Noida is now

connected to the Connaught Place, via the Barakhambha Road-IP Estate-Akshardham

Complex link.

NCT (National Capital Territory) was also established with a dream to making areas

surrounding Delhi, developed. Most of these areas were earlier small under developed

villages and towns which have now turned into world class shopping malls and residential

areas. These areas were developed with a view to relocate people coming to Delhi from

different parts of the country.

The Buddh International Circuit is an Indian motor racing circuit in Greater Noida, Uttar

Pradesh, India, near Delhi. The circuit is best known as the venue for the annual Formula

One Indian Grand Prix, which was first hosted in 2011.] The track was officially inaugurated

on 18 October 2011

NOIDA MASTER PLAN-2021

Noida(Hindi: , transliteration: Noe), short for

the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority, is a

city in India under the management of the

New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (also called

NOIDA). Noida came into administrative existence on 17

April 1976 and celebrates 17 April as "Noida Day". It wasset up as part of an urbanization thrust during the

controversial Emergency period (19751977). The city

was created under the UP Industrial Area Development

Act.

Noida is located in Gautam Buddh Nagar district of Uttar

Pradesh state. The district's administrative headquarters

are in the nearby town of Greater Noida. However, the

district's highest government official, the District

Magistrate (DM), resides in Noida. The city is a part of the

Noida Vidhan Sabha (state assembly) constituency and

Gautam Buddh Nagar Lok Sabha(parliamentary)constituency. Mahesh Sharma of the BJP is the current

MLA of Noida.[

Noida , has a hot and humid climate for most of the season. The city climate becomes

very hot during the month of June which is followed by monsoon happening

somewhere after September. Winter in Noida is very chilly which peaks in at the start

of November and continues till the month of February. The foggy and chilly weather

during winters makes Greater Noida's climate a tough one to confront with.

According to the Bureau of Indian Standards, the town falls under seismic zone-III, in a

scale of I to V (in order of increasing proneness to earthquakes) while the wind andcyclone zoning is "very high damage risk.
