Guaranteed Next-Day and Two-Day Freight Delivery

Value-added Services and FeesIn addition to the transportation charges for air freight, there are several optional services andpotential fees that may be charged for a shipment. Air Freight Services and Fees

Address Correction: If UPS is unable to deliver any package as addressed by the shipper, or if thepackage has an incorrect or incomplete address, UPS will attempt to secure the correct or completeaddress. If the correct or complete address is secured, UPS will attempt delivery, and an additionalcharge will be assessed.

Check to Shipper: Similar to a C.O.D., Check to Shipper (C.T.S.) allows you to indicate on thewaybill a specific dollar amount check to be collected from the consignee at the time of delivery.The C.T.S. amount must be greater than or equal to the declared value for the shipment, is limitedto $50,000, and is not available for perishable commodities.

Declared Value: A shipment is automatically protected against loss or damage up to $50 or $0.50per pound, whichever is greater. Additional protection is available upon request.

Delivery Reattempt: A shipment which, through no fault of UPS, cannot be delivered on the firstattempt to the consignee, will be returned to the service center and the consignee notified. Redeliverywill be made only upon the request of the consignee, and an additional fee will be charged.

Inside Pickup/Delivery: For shipments that require the driver to deliver or pick up at points beyondthe area immediately accessible to the loading dock, an additional fee will be charged.

Oversize: Oversize fees will be charged to shipments that exceed 120" in length or 200" in lengthand girth.

Non-conforming Cargo: Shipments that are unusually shaped, non-stackable, difficult to handle,or require special handling in transit (to prevent damage to the shipment, the other shipments itmay come in contact with, or the equipment), will be charged an additional fee. Non-conformingcargo may also be subject to service delays.

Residential Pickup/Delivery: A surcharge will apply to any pickup or delivery to a home, or abusiness operating out of a home, that does not have an entrance open to the public.

Saturday Pickup/Delivery: Saturday pickup and delivery may be selected by the shipper for NextDay Air Freight service within selected areas. Shipments picked up on Saturday will be delivered onTuesday. An additional fee will be charged.

Truck Waiting Time: In the event that the driver is required to wait more than 15 minutes for eithera pickup or delivery, an additional fee will be charged.

Fuel Surcharge: A fuel surcharge, based on the UPS air fuel index, will be applied to the transportation-related charges for each shipment, which includes transportation, delivery reattempt, oversize,nonconforming cargo, residential, Saturday, and truck waiting time.
