OGX is responsible for the recruitment, selection, and placement of Mongolian students and recent graduates on internships and volunteer projects abroad.

ICX is responsible for selling the exchange programs to companies and organizations around Mongolia, and providing these organizations with interns from all over the world.

TM is responsible for attracting, selecting, allocating, developing, motivating, tracking, and retaining members for the organization.

MAC is responsible for managing and increasing the brand presence of AIESEC in Mongolia. It is also responsible of marketing the programs and initiatives of the organization.

FIN is responsible for managing, allocating, budgeting, and projecting the financial resources of the organization as well as looking for new financial initiatives.
