La   Vong   Grilled   fish:   Chunks   of   fish   are   anointed  with   plenty   of   turmeric,   then   sizzled  with   heaps   of  dill   and   served   with   rice   noodles.   It’s   a   fragrant  delight.

Stuffed  pancake:  When  dawn  breaks,  we  suggest  you   seek   out   these   rice-‐flour   rolls   wrapped  around   minced   mushrooms   and   pork.   It’s   a  warm,  wonderful  way  to  start  the  day.

Phở   bò   (Beef   noodles   soup):   The   classic  Vietnamese  noodle  soup  is  sold  from  sunrise  to  last  call  on  street  corners  citywide

Steamed  s-cky  rice:  Looking  to  get  stuffed,  fast?  Seek  out  the  ladies  with  giant  baskets  stuffed   with   warm   s<cky   rice.   The   rice   is  topped  with   lotus   root,   roasted  garlic   and  whatever   meat   or   fish   happens   to   be   on  hand.

Fresh Beer: Draft beer is sacred to Vietnam, where tipplers wile away the hours sipping on this crisp, unpasteurized and unfiltered lager—its name roughly translates to “fresh beer”—that’s usually sold for about 25 cents a mug. Go on, have four. You’d need to drink gallons to get drunk.

Things you should try Rolled rice noodles is a Hanoi delicacy. It's m a d e b y w r a p p i n g f r i e d b e e f w i t h o n i o n , lettuce, coriandrum sativum, basil and other vegetables in a thing of the same rice roodle material used to make phở noodles

Green  Bean  Cake  is  the  specialty  food  of  Hải  Dương  province.  It  is  a   kind  of   cake  which  made  by   combining   green  bean,   sugar   and  some  ingredients.

Egg  coffee:  Vietnam  has  a  coffee  culture  all  to   its  own  and  in  Hanoi,  this  includes   a   few   cafes   that   serve   it   with   egg.   Whipped   with   sweetened  condensed  milk,  the  egg  sits  atop  the  slow  roasted  coffee,  providing  you  with  a  hot  abernoon  treat  that  you'll  think  about  for  days.
