Common Mistakes• FILTERING!!!– Correct Filtering• If you know the Interested is not

right please let your MCB know.

– Interested Filtering• You MUST KNOW the APPROVED

Common Mistakes• Managing Stages:

– Open stages• RB Allocation • Do NOT MANIPULATE Process Slider, Optimal Time and

Optima Date.

– Complete TASKS!!!• Let your MCB & NST know that the work is done.

– Assign TASKS!!!• If you don’t create the task no further stages will be

opened. • TASK- Assign- Deadline.

– Keep Track• Know the DEADLINES and Demand Results.

– I as VP have no time to manage PODIO.• Select or recruit one member in your OGX

Team as PODIO Manager. (We can also train him)

– I still don’t get the PODIO AUDIT System.• Easy... Upload documents, complete task,

create task, 2 days later… Corrections or EP in available.

SUs CASES• GCDP:– GERARDO (Small cluster)• Small cluster own them all. • He is IN CHARGE of all the SU’s.

– LALA & CHONG (Depends)• LCs “DAD” of the SU.• They are IN CHARGE of the each SU.
