How to Raise a TN Form

1. Log in

2. Go to AIESEC Programmes

3. Go to Team Member and click on Add Organisation

4. Fill the gaps according the Organisation and save it

5. Select Create a TN FORM

6. Upload all the JQ’s description

• TN Form consists of:o Job Description

• Department in which the intern will work• The activities the intern will be going• Measurable results• Preparation• Additional Information

Ex. Any prospect without exception, will have to email the following documents: - Passport copy scanned (data page) - Motivational Letter - CV / The intern may be able to enter Mexico with a tourist visa, the intern must take care of visa procedures (AIESEC will help to obtain it with an invitation letter from the Puebla LC and the intern must take care of the visa procedure at the Mexican Embassy at the EP’s country.

**NO PROSPECT SHOULD BUY THEIR PLANE TICKET BEFORE GETTING THEIR VISA AND THEIR MEDICAL INSURANCE POLICY SCANNED AND EMAILED**

• Other details of working conditions (Optional)o The intern is responsible for cleaning his/her room on a daily basis and

doing his/her own laundry. Food and accommodation will be provided by the NGO. The trainees will be working at OMPUE… (extra information about the NGO)

• Additional Information (Optional)o The salary will be paid in Mexican Pesos (in case it applies) AIESEC in

Puebla will help the trainee to search a suitable accommodation (in case it applies). Plus he/she will have assigned an AIESEC buddy, who will help him/her trough the process of adaptation and be his/her first Mexican friend in this experience. The trainee will be provided with a monthly activity booklet with members of AIESEC in Puebla and other trainees.
