Electrolux Group lacked a structured approach to recruit new

talented graduates and position them globally as an ideal

employer.

In 2003, Electrolux signed a global partnership with AIESEC

providing an internship program and employer branding central

strategy.

Our internship program is the only structured way that

Electrolux recruits new graduates on a global level for short-

term assignments.

Through 2009, there have been 160 AIESEC interns from 46

countries within Electrolux, half of which stay with the

company after their internship.

AIESEC and Electrolux

“AIESEC adds tremendous value to

Electrolux: It brings diversity, which is

critical to us. It is a channel for us to

understand and explore how young

people are thinking, what motivates

them and what they seek in a future

employer. AIESEC provides a valuable

and flexible talent pool, and many

AIESECers have been retained to

pursue excellent careers at Electrolux.”
