Step 2. Confirm After considering your options, you need to decide on and confirm the best solution, as agreed by all stakeholders.
This step involves defining and planning for your confirmed change solution. This includes:
Business Case Program Management plans Business Impact Assessment Stakeholder Analysis and engagement Matrix Risk Assessment Agile Co change and communications plan.
