The office and/or shop location for the following licensees must comply with all requirements established in the NYC Zoning Resolution: Plumber, Fire Suppression, Rigger, Sign Hanger, Oil Burner and Elevator agencies.

These licensees shall operate a business location in the city of New York at the time of issuance and during the maintenance of their license. Licensees shall submit to the commissioner any changes to their business location within 30 days of such change for verification.

• Each occurrence must be a minimum of one million dollars ($1,000,000)

• Policy number must appear on all forms

•Certificate Holder is Department of Buildings
