working, learning and communicating. But what has changed our life the most isdefinitely the internet. However, there are advantages and disadvantages.

The main advantage of computing is probably that it gives access to the informationuickly and easily. It also helps us to do tasks more efficiently. !hat is more,

technology improves the lives of those who have less opportunities and access toeducation and it contributes to the development of poor or isolated regions in the world.

"n the one other hand, there are disadvantages. #eople have to learn new skills since theworld of work has changed. $s a result, people who can not use computers will not beable to get a %ob. Besides, we depend so much on computing that if the computer breaks

down or there is not electricity we can not work at all.

In conclusion, I think the computer chip is probably the most useful invention of the20th century, in spite of having to face some difficulties to adapt ourselves to newtechnologies.

$lthough music and noise go normally both linked on the same way, it is not always theright way to hear it. I mean, on the one hand there are some kinds of music that have been made to be heard aloud, like pop or rock and roll, and on the other hand, otherkinds of music which are severely necessary to be heard on a low level, like classicmusic or rela4 music.

!hereas young people, even teenagers prefer listening to the music during the wholeday, and to do it they are prepared with any sort of the multiple gadgets to be able to doit, people a little bit older prefer listening to music only in these others suitablemoments to do it.

Arom my view, music nowadays is so usual and acceptable, and in some cases sonecessary that people in general would not understand neither go shopping nor have a

beer without listening to music. It is true the fact that sometimes it can bear to other people but surveys show us the fact that people spend more money whether when theenvironment is acclimati+ed with music.

$nother point to take into account is the fact that it is believed that silence helps to rela4you. I am not in favour of this matter. $s an e4ample, a person who is used to listeningto music because he loves it, probably silence is much more annoying than listening tothe music he like s and of course viceversa.

To sum up, music and noise do not have to go on the same way. !e run into J2 adverts a day< !e only have to see this number to realise that thissociety is making us cra+y< If anybody says that he or she isn6t influenced by ads, is

completely wrong.

In my opinion, we must decide about what adverts we want to see or not. In fact, advertsare not an imposition on people, they are a way of communication and information fromthe companies.

T&s are becoming rather a kind of advertising instead of an entertainment for theaudience or anything else. If you want to watch a programme, why do you have towatch adverts too;

1ublime 1ubliminal adverts are banned, but T& adverts are like sublime subliminal ads because you must sit through them if you6re in front of the T& watching the programmeyou like.

I6d say that the government should make a special channel only to broadcast adverts,this way people could choose.

$nother solution might be broadcasting all the adverts in a period of time on everychannel, so people could decide as well if they want to watch them.

"n the other hand, if you6re watching a film, you need about five minutes to rest or goto the toilet. Then, the government could let minutes to rela4, but not longer.

I know that advertising handles a lot of money on T&, but we shouldn6t get into thiscircle and feed their power, because we6re losing our personality and filling ourselveswith consumption values.
