Decentralized global payroll, not ideal Many organizations serving multiple countries run separate payrolls in each country with the help of global payroll managed services or payroll aggregators to streamline processes and reporting. However, some of these country’s payrolls may still be run independently, resulting in a separate delivery of payroll and reporting.
