Technical Aspects

• Use a fast computer and a fast connection (1MBit or above)

• Test your connection, update your Flash Player and install the Add-in: http://admin.adobeconnect.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm

• Please, do not use Google Chrome to launch the meeting

• Please, use a headset. It will improve audioquality significantly!

Launch a Meeting

• Enter the address provided by the organiser (do not use Google Chrome)

• Enter the meeting „as guest“

• Activate your microphone and camera
