Adeline Wong Assistant Executive Director Ms Adeline Wong joined the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) in February 2016 as Assistant Executive Director, in charge of corporate development. Prior to joining the HKTDC, Ms Wong was the Chief Executive Officer of the Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong from 2013 to 2015. Ms Wong has over 20 years of extensive experience in public administration. She joined the Hong Kong Government as an Administrative Officer in 1990, and has served in various bureaux and departments, including the Home Affairs Department, the Chief Secretary for Administration’s Private Office, the former Commerce, Industry and Technology Bureau, the former Trade Department, the former Trade and Industry Branch and the former Economic Services Branch. In 2009, she was appointed by the Chief Executive as Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs from 2009 to 2012. Ms Wong is a graduate of the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree. She holds a Master of Arts degree awarded by the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Master in Public Administration degree awarded by the Harvard University.

Ms Adeline Wong joined the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) in February 2016 as Assistant Executive Director, in charge of corporate development.

Prior to joining the HKTDC, Ms Wong was the Chief Executive Officer of the Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong from 2013 to 2015.
