The Main Character...The Main Female Character: I asked Amy Power to be the main charcater in

our music video before I felt she was a very pretty girl who would naturally attract male attention, therefore the story could be believable. Also we were able to get her to look revealing and 'slutty' enough for our video. Also the fact she has dark hair was important as she contrasted enough

from the lead singer. We also had to check her availability as she would be needed for the majority of the filming sessions on different days and locations. The problem we had to consider was that she is very tall so

finding male actors to be taller than her would be difficult. But overall we thought she was a good choice.

The Boy That Gets Kissed…

I asked Jamie Nuttall to be the man who gets kissed in our video because I thought he looked right for the part. He is

young and reasonably tall, he is also good looking. We have checked times with him and he will be avaliable for filming, also Amy Power and Jamie know each other reasonably well

so both of them will be comfortable acting this part.

The Girlfriend Of The Boy Who Gets Kissed…

I asked Amy Bone for this role as the girlfriend as I know from experience she is a good actor. Also she is an attractive young girl who looks as if she could be Jamie's girlfriend. Jamie and Amy also get on quite well so they will not feel awkward when filming. Amy is also available for filming

times.

The Girl That Gets Picked On...

We asked Katharine Levy to be this character as we know she is a good actress and is able to be

comical in her acting which is what we need. She looks right for the part and also is avaliable for

filming.

The Band...The Band: We chose to include the actual band Fire Drive Tiger

in our video as this meant that we would not have to teach a new group of people the song. Also as I am the leadsinger in the band it will be easy for me to get in contact with the members for times and filming sessions. Another bonus is that fire Drive Tiger have been together a year and were

already acoustomed to each other and performing so filming and photoshoots will not be a problem.

Extras...

This is one of the five boys I am going to use in my music video. There is a point in the video where the guitar plays

several beats which fills the gap until the next verse. This is when these boys will be present. I chose Adam because he

is a good looking teenage boy who has no outstanding features which could detract from the action or from the

main character.

Martin is the next person I chose, again he has no outstanding features and also he

was tall enough to be with the main character when she was in here heels. This

was only a small feature but was important for the overall look.

Next we have Khalid. We chose Khalid for the same reasons as the two above. He is younger than our main character but he

does not look it so it was ok.

Until now most of our males have been wearing reasonably dark clothing and don’t really stand out too much. Ben is wearing an orange top; this shows the

audience that the main character goes for any type of man.

Finally we have Lindani, his ethnicity also shows the main character has no

preference in men and is happy with whoever she chooses.

I chose these actors because they suited the roles they would have to play. They are all uniquely

different to show the audience the main character has no preference in the males she

goes after. Also they were all the right height and looked the right age that I needed. They will suit

our video well. We asked the boys apart from Ben before hand to wear clothes that blended in and weren't too vivid. For example, dark cardigans and jackets. We asked Ben to wear a brighter t-

shirt to show that the main character had no style or man preference.

The Crowd...

The Crowd At The Gig: We have asked around 25 people to attend the gig for filming however it is difficult to rely

unpon this amount of people. They are all young teenagers who look natural at a gig. None of them will look out of

place. We asked the actors in this scene to wear the kind of clothing they would wear when going to a gig but nothing

that will draw attention away from the main character.

Conclusion...

Amy and I are very happy with our choice of characters. Particularly the main ones as we feel they will work together on film and we have fully prepared them for what is in store.
