In order to achieve the desired goals, which has been affirmed in the prize in its rules andregulations, it has planned each year, based on its implementation through a series of programsenhancing human-rights and effective and influential in the context of its plans and objectives.

Has People’s Committee for Gaddafi Prize for Human Rights, and of the organizations, developplans and programs working hard to implement, and followed scrupulously, honesty and effort andperseverance.
