What helped motivate and structure our collaborations?

• Classes, with their formal structure and outcomes. We were motivated to do something in the name of benefiting students.

• Grant program, with its structure and deadlines--4th revenue stream options. Having a history of working together facilitates getting grants.

• Conferences/meetings format structures and schedules time for dialogue.
