Your student has beeninvited to join the

T he National Beta Club is the nation’s largest independent, educational, non-profit, youthorganization. Our purpose is to encourage andreward academic acheivement, and to promote thosequalities of character that make for good citizenship.Our members learn to lead by serving others.

Since its beginning in 1934, the National Beta Clubhas worked with over 6.5 million young people ingrades 4-12. There are now more than 458,000 activemembers and more than 8,700 chapters both nationally and internationally.

Junior Beta is for qualifying students in 4th-9th gradeand Senior Beta is for qualifying students in 9th-12thgrade.

Students who are working on or above grade leveland show exemplary academic achievement,worthy character, and commendable attitude may beinvited to join the National Beta Club. Prospective members have met the specific qualifications for their Beta chapter.

There is a one time, national fee per division (Junioror Senior Beta). Your student’s chapter may also choose to collect local fees in addition to the national fee. Please see the Beta Sponsor (club advisor) for specifics.
