Opening and closing hours

The conference centre is open from 7:30am to accommodate those requiring early morning starts such as breakfast meetings, corporate discussions and board conferences. Our standard closing times are midnight, however we can extend hours permitted with prior arrangement.

Accommodation

44 onsite accommodation rooms are available for bookings. We have many different room types including; single rooms, double rooms and interconnecting rooms. We can offer rates for delegates however we do suggest that you book and enquire early to minimise disappointment as we do book out quickly.

RestroomsWe have many bathrooms throughout the venue including disabled facilities. Signage throughout the venue leads guests in the correct direction.

Taxi PhoneA taxi phone is located in the bistro foyer and is complimentary.

AtmAn atm is located in the main foyer of the bistro and accepts most banks cards.

ParkingComplimentary onsite parking is available in front of the hotel. Parking is located directly off Beaudesert Road and accommodates 300 parked cars.

SmokingThe hotel is a non smoking facility, however there are designated smoking areas located outside the venue.

PhotocopyingShould you need to photocopy any documents or send a email , this service is available at the reception desk located in the main foyer. Charges do apply.

Audio VisualOur functions manager will be able to assist you in collecting a quotation from our preferredaudio visual supplier. Client’s may also choose to use their own audio visual supplier.

SecurityIt is a hotel requirement that security is present at nearly all events. Security must be present and booked from the start of your function until the end of your function. Each guard is $50.00 per hour with a minimum booking of 4 hours.Security must be booked by the hotel as the hotels security are trained and are familiar with the hotel premises and regulations.
