PUMA HERITAGE PLC: An IHT solution launching November 2012
Puma Heritage plc has been established to be the parent company of a group of trading companies (the “Group”) operating in a range of sectors, including secured lending, leasing and the operation of asset-backed businesses.
The Group will undertake trading activities with the principle focus on capital preservation, generating stable returns for shareholders and seeking to offer robust downside protection.
It is intended that investments in the company will qualify for Business Property Relief (BPR) therefore will fall outside the Estate and so be exempt from Inheritance Tax after a two year holding period.
PUMA HOSPITALITY: An EIS Fund launching December 2012
The Puma Hospitality EIS will provide an opportunity to invest in trading companies which own and operate freehold and long leasehold pubs.
