Prepare middle leaders to make the move to senior leadership and lead whole school

Consider and develop the skills needed to move into a leadership role through a series of

workshops and in-school opportunities

Gain practical experience of what the senior leadership role involves

In addition to the Twilight participants will

also have the opportunity to experience:

Senior Leadership Meetings (in their own

school)

Developing and leading a whole school/

cross school project (presented at the

final meeting)

Support with writing applications and

preparing for interviews

A mentor in their own school with half-

termly meetings to discuss progress
