Cable Television and/or Internet Access ThePurchaserisliabletopayannualfee,subscriptionfeeandsuchotherfeestotheStarHubCableVisionLtd (WCV)and/orInternetServiceProviders(ISP)oranyotherrelevantpartyoranyotherrelevantauthorities.The Vendorisnotresponsibletomakearrangementswithanyofthesaidpartiesfortheserviceconnectionfortheir perspectivesubscriptionchannelsand/orInternetaccess.

VI.Mechanical Ventilation Exhaust Fan System Themechanicalventilationexhaustfansystem(ifany)hastobemaintainedandcleanedonaregularbasisbythe Purchasertoensuregoodworkingconditionofthesystem

VIII.Materials, Fittings, Equipment, Finishes, Installations and Appliances Subjecttoclause14.3,thebrand,colourandmodelofallmaterials,fittings,equipment,finishes,installationsand appliancessuppliedshallbeprovidedsubjecttoArchitect’sselection,marketavailabilityandthesolediscretion oftheVendor.
