Prior to founding Rhodes Associates, Mr. Littman worked in human resources for two major corporations, the latter being Federated Department Stores. During his 30-year career in executive search, Mr. Littman has completed more than 800 executive search and organizational consulting assignments specializing in Real Estate. He holds a B.A. from New York University and has specialized in the real estate industry for more than 20 years.
