A Business Minded Controller Are you a business minded controller? This is an excellent opportunity for you to join an experienced finance team working in a fast growing company in an international environment.

A B O U T T H E P O S I T I O N

The Business Controller has a central role in the finance team working to ensure budgets and targets are set to support strategy, always knowing where the company is heading from a financial perspective and supporting the line organization in interpreting financial data in a proactive way. You will also help develop the Group’s management control system and processes. Participating in the closing process with analysis and follow is also part of the role. You will be reporting to the CFO and also work in close cooperation with the VP Global Sales.

The Business Controller’s responsibilities include;

• Work with CFO to design and implement operational and financial KPI’s • Owner/Driver of target setting and budget processes & tools • Owner/Driver forecasting process

• Revenue assurance and reporting • Sales and margin analysis • Actuals vs budget and trend analysis, whole P&L • Provide financial/commercial support to the entire organization • Participates in month- and quarter end closings • Process improvements and ad hoc tasks

The position is a permanent employment, full time and based at Net Insight’s headquarters in Stockholm.

Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S

For the position we will emphasize personal fit, we value strong communication skills and a results driven can-do attitude. You are business minded, able to challenge status quo and have a proven track record of achievements. Furthermore, you have a BSc or MSc in Finance or Accounting and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience of which at least two as a business controller or other relevant commercial role. You are an experienced ERP-system user and maybe you have worked in BI-systems. You have excellent skills in the MS office package in general, and with Excel in particular. Excellent English skills as well as fluency in Swedish are required. Previous experience in an international environment is a plus.
