responsible for the conduct of their non-member guests. Members found to be in violation of this code are subject to ACE’s discipl inary

procedures and may receive a warning, have their membership suspended, or have their membership terminated. ACE and Beech Bend Park &

Splash Lagoon cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations of ride times due to inclement weather, equipment problems, or other

unforeseen circumstances.
