Dr. George H. Snyder is Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Soil and Water Science, University of Florida, Everglades Research and Education Center, and was selected University of Florida Research Foundation Professor (1997-1999). He received the Ph.D. degree from the Ohio State University in 1967. Since his appointment to the Uni-versity of Florida in 1967, Dr. Snyder has worked in the area of soils-related turfgrass management in Florida. His turfgrass interests have included developing and conduct-ing research to investigate nutritional problems of warm-season turfgrasses, improving fertilizer efficiency, reducing nutrient runoff/leaching, improving turfgrass irrigation practices, and evaluating soil physical parameters for turfgrass. Randy W. Glover—Wife, Patricia, Daughter Tera and a Son, Joseph. Grandson, Noah. Randy was born 5/21/1952 in Terrill, Iowa. He attended K-12 Terrill Community School, Iowa Lakes Community College, Estherville, Iowa. Associates Degree, Northwest Iowa Technical College, Graduated 1975. Ag Chem Equipment Co. Inc. (now owned by AGCO) 1975 - 2000. Self employed in home construction business 2000 - 2006 Tee Jet Technologies Memphis 2006 to present. Michael D. Dukes, Ph.D., P.E., a Delaware native, Michael obtained a B.S. in Agricultural Engineering and an M.C.E. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Delaware. He obtained a Ph.D. in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from North Carolina State University. He joined the Agricultural and Biological Engineering Department at the University of Florida in Gainesville in 2001. His interests are in the area of irrigation and drainage, particularly in the area of efficient irrigation design and management, water conservation, andminimizing negative impacts Dr. Wayne Hanna :Education: B.S. 1966 Agricultural Education Texas A&M University M.S. 1968 Plant Breeding Texas A&M University Ph.D. 1970 Genetics Texas A&M University Dr. Clint Waltz joined the University of Georgia turfgrass team in September 2001 as a Turfgrass Extension Specialist. Clint is located at the Georgia Experiment Station in Griffin and has program leadership responsibilities in all turfgrass management areas, including turfgrass water management. Other state responsibilities include serving as ex officio board member for the Georgia Turfgrass Association (GTA), the Metro Atlanta Landscape and Turf Association (MALTA), and Georgia Sod Producers Association (GSPA). Additionally, he serves the golf course industry by serving on the Georgia Golf Course Superintendents Association (GGCSA) education committee and Water Task Force. Mr. Stephens has B.S. and M.S. degrees in Ornamental Horticulture from Clemson University. He initially taught in the Golf Course and Landscape Operations at Lake City Community College in Lake City, Florida. In 1973, he opened Nurseries Caroliniana, Inc, a garden center catering to new, rare and unusual plants. Later in 1985, he opened the Wholesale Division, growing over 1500 taxa of the newest and best ornamental for the Southeast. Thomas L. Oyler, founder and a senior partner of Wilson Oyler Group, lists his experience as a successful entrepreneur, franchise executive, business development special-ist, and landscape contractor among the many credentials qualifying him as one of the industry's most innovative leaders and thinkers. Before forming Wilson Oyler Group, which specializes in business assessment strategies and solutions for sustained growth, Oyler created the green industry's first franchised landscape maintenance company. Additionally, he was cofounder and senior manager of three highly successful Florida companies: Central Florida Marine, Farm & Home Irrigation, and Sunshine State Cy-press. Tom realized his passion for the green industry as founder and President of Oyler Bros. Company, a Florida-based landscape and construction company that grew to include six operating divisions before being acquired by Environmental Industries, Inc., (Valley Crest Companies). Two years prior, Tom Oyler was selected from over 600 candidates to represent the city of Orlando as its "Businessman of the Year." Michael Fulmer is the owner of AquaDesigns. AquaDesigns primary focus is building natural, ecologically friendly ponds, streams and waterfalls. "Bringing the customers a relaxed lifestyle in their own backyard " is the companies motto. Aquadesigns has been in business for 7 years. He has served on the Advisory Board for the Georgia Golf Hall of Fame and is a Water Garden Excellence member. Mr. Fulmer has lived in the C.S.R.A. all his life. Dr. Mark Windham, Professor The University of Tennessee Entomology and Plant Pathology Department his research appointment is within the Tennessee Agricultural Ex-periment Station and he has responsibility of research on diseases of ornamental plants. Much of his research involves dogwoods and he is chair of the UTIA Dogwood Re-search Team.

1971-present. Research Geneticist and Research Leader, USDA-ARS, Crop Genetics and Breeding Research Unit, Tifton, Georgia (Adjunct Professor of Agronomy, University of Georgia (1980 to 2002).
Gary Mullane is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts. He earned a degree in Arboriculture and Park Management. Gary has appeared in court as an expert wit-ness for tree related cases on numerous occasions. He is a past-president of the National Arborist Association, Inc. and is a past-president of the American Society of Con-sulting Arborists. He is also an Honorary Life member of the International Society of Arboriculture. Dr. Tom Smiley is an arboricultural researcher at the Bartlett Tree Research Laboratory in Charlotte NC and an adjunct professor of Urban Forestry at Clemson University. Hehas an active research and training program at the Laboratory that focuses on many different aspect of tree care. Recent studies have included work on mycorrhizae, tree bolting, tree risk assessment, fertilization, lightning protection soil compaction, tree growth regulators, and other soil amendments. He is involved in the training of Bartlett Arborists and Technicians and is a well known speaker in the tree care industry. He is the author of over 100 scientific papers and articles. Dr. Gary W. Knox is a Professor of Environmental Horticulture and Extension Specialist with the University of Florida at the North Florida Research and Education Center in Quincy (outside Tallahassee). Dr. Knox’s Extension programs emphasize “Florida Yards & Neighborhoods” and other garden and nursery practices to protect the environ-ment and promote efficient use of natural resources. He was named 2005 Outstanding Educator by the Florida Nursery, Growers and Landscape Association. His research interests focus on evaluating species and cultivars of common ornamentals for their invasive potential as well as ornamental and growth characteristics. Current plant pas-sions include crape myrtle, magnolia, hydrangea, rain lilies, hardy palms, succulents, ornamental grasses, ornamental vines and many other plants.
