    3. Donating excess food to soup kitchenCSRA has identified 2 soup kitchens in Brooklyn to give away the excess food to the

needy. This will allow our positive impact to transcend the confines of the university and

o Policy approval4. Minimal usage of paper & plastic

As an alternative to sign-up sheets, laptops will be used to register details of attendingguests. This reduces the usage of excess paper and allows for more efficient handling of

information as all data can be retrieved, manipulated, and monitored.

y Prepare to implement registration system GoogleDocs (Form)y Gioia Balles

    5. Helping people with disabilitiesVolunteers will be placed around the campus and auditorium to help people with

disabilities get into the conference venue faster. Understanding of the plausible difficult

setting for the disabled and making an effort to comfort them as much as possible is notonly morally just, but is contingent upon the universitys social values.

Inputs from event management: Lackman is currently using some recycling policy for its trash.

Jamaica Ash collects those stuff accordingly. Pablo will work with Lackman to find that out.
