It will gently stretch your ab muscles, give you lower back strength and expand your chest and shoulders.

Don’t be discouraged if you can’t master it initially – it takes time, but in the end it’s worth it.

The Sun Salutations are a full-body workout that promotes flexibility, builds strength and is intense enough to promote weight loss.
