It was built in 1632-1653.

It was built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahanin memory of his third wife,Mumtaz Mahal.

The Taj Mahal is widely recognized as “The jewel of Muslim art” in India.

In January 2010, Machu Picchu flooded which trapped more than 2,000 local people and more than 2,000 tourists.Machu Picchu was closed temporarily,but it reopened on 1 April 2010.

It is sometimes called “The City Of The Incas”.
