  • Recommendation I would suggest a strategic Auction campaign to maximize exposure and to encourage competition within the market place in order to achieve a premium price. It is the market that will determine current market worth for your property, through the level of interest and the level in which the purchaser is willing to invest. An auction works through creating competition between buyers; by giving an end date to a campaign and by marketing to a wider range of buyers through a conservative price.
