It’s important to use SMART (specific, measurable, assignable, realistic, timed) objectives. There’s no point in shooting for a goal that doesn’t exist!

Flicking between data and your work tasks will drive you mad! Put CRM in the places you work.

   

Adding new records is boring and updating them isn’t much easier. Make sure your team know how important data maintenance is.

It’s takes two to tango but a whole team for CRM success. Add notes, reference and collaborate to build a wealth of information. Without collaboration your CRM is just a spreadsheet.

   

Lead by example. There’s no use in telling your employees to use CRM if you aren’t showing them the way.
