The daily cleaning routine is like a punishment to you? With some multitasking exercises, you will be doing the chore anyway. Yet, you will add purpose and technique to tone your muscles. Use your abdomen while your torso is up, with your shoulders relaxed. The more you workout your belly muscles the more results you’ll get. Select the hand you wish to start with and as you clean a surface scrub tightly to get resistance. Try to isolate the muscles. Make sure that you square your legs off to what you are facing. Keep your tummy fixed, and torso pulled up to maintain your balance. Kick down and up 20 times on each side as part of your daily routine.

• Bath Tub Dips

following exercise gives you fast results. It works as a bench press. Proceed with 2-3 sets of 10 while the bath water runs to fill up the tub. It goes like this: Face away from the bathtub and keep your hands behind you on the tub’s edge. Keep your arms straight. Bend your knees and place your legs shoulder width apart. Bend your elbows and bring your buttocks down, until you almost touch the floor. Meanwhile, keep your abs tight, and shoulders down. Hold for one second than lift yourself up as you straighten your arms. Do this 10 times. If you have the strength for another set, go on.

Domestic chores, cleaning and cooking should not be boring in any case. You should have fun and enjoy the time spend in washing and ordering around. Play some music, find something funny or simply do the cleaning in an artistic manner. No matter what it works for you, try not to think about these or other domestic chores as boring and tedious.
