The Maruti Suzuki S Cross SX4 is expected in the first quarter of 2015. This Crossover based on the sedan SX4 is expected to be priced Rupees 8 to 14 lakh. The diesel models will be powered by a turbocharged 1.6 litre engine developing 125 bhp and the petrol variants by a 1.6 litre, 125 bhp engine. The transmission will be 5 speed manual or 6 speed CVT (for the petrol variants) and the drive will be AWD for some of the variants.

The Jaguar XE is another entry level sport car getting ready for 2015 launch. This 4x4 car from the British manufacturer will be available for an expected price of 28 to 45 lakh. The car will be powered by different engines with capacities 1.8 to 2.5 litre producing 184 to 300 bhp. The Audi brand is also planning to introduce the off-roading model QX4 in the Q range early next year. The expected price is Rupees 35 lakh. The hatchback A1 with all wheel drive is expected in January 2015 at a price of Rupees 11 to 14 lakh. The 2.0 litre, 180 ps engine will be mated to a 6 speed auto or manual transmission with all wheel drive. The Audi A5 sedan with the Quattro AWD is also expected in 2015.The Fiat will be launching the Jeep Wrangler a 4x4 off-roader in 2015 at a price of Rupees 25 to 32 lakh with a 2.8 litre, 180 ps engine. The 4x4 SUV Grand Cherokee priced Rupees 35 lakh approximately is also expected in 2015. The Skoda Superb priced Rupees 20 to 25 lakh is expected to have 4x4 drive on its top variants.
