4th SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME
National Church Life Survey (NCLS)
The two Church communities of St Joseph’s Parish will participate in a
Church Life Survey during the weekend Masses on the 23/24 February. This
is an initiative of the newly formed Parish Leadership Team.
The Survey is anonymous and will also be offered online.
Your input is important to the members of the Team in helping to identify and
build on strengths as well as to plan effectively for the future.
Members of the Team will speak at all Masses, including St Anne’s Purnim,
over the weekends 9/10 & 16/17 February.

Preparing for Easter
As in previous years St Joseph’s Community is joining with the Anglican and
Uniting Churches during the Season of Lent as a way to prepare for the Feast of
Easter. This year’s program ‘We Wish to See Jesus’ is designed to be used by small
groups that meet weekly. If you wish to participate, or use the book ($8) for personal
prayer and reflection, please write your contact details and/or preference for weekly
meetings on the sheet provided.
Lent commences on (Ash) Wednesday, 13th February
Sr Borromeo Mahony RIP: An Eucharistic celebration for Sr Borrie will be held at
St Joseph’s Church this Wednesday at 1.00pm. Celebrant: Fr Lawrie. All welcome.
Fr John will represent St Joseph’s Parish at the Requiem Mass in Perth this week.
National Day of Prayer & Fasting: Our prayers are requested for the National Day
of Prayer & Fasting re the dignity of human life from conception to natural death on
