Cancellation Policy Conference contract allows for conferencecancellation at no penalty or legal liability to eitherparty due to natural disasters and/or terrorist attacks.It is the responsibility of the conference hotel tocontact NASSM one year prior to the conference inthe event of significant changes to the contractbetween NAASM and the hotel. If the provision isviolated, it shall be the hotels responsibility to coverthe additional expenses the host institutions andNASSM incur as a result of the change including hotelconstruction, overbooking with another conference,unavailability of required number of breakout0 rooms,etc. 21.
