Modifications & UpgradesMany of our clients, especially those for which we carry out repair and maintenanceservices, need to modify and upgrade their plants on a regular basis.

This may be in order to meet new process/production requirements, replace outdated/oldplant or because of new statutory regulations. Employing an engineering house todesign, procure and manage this work is often uneconomical, especially where theproject is of small to medium cost. Introducing a third party will also entail familiarisationcosts which are avoided by using staff already based on the site and who are fullyconversant with the people, the process, the plant and the operators’ needs.

Offsite ServicesWith a history in the group stretching back over 150 years there are manufacturing facilities across England in support of our 24 hours a day, 365 days a year commitment to our customers with in addition a number of regional fast track fabrication facilities.

FabricationOur piping fabrication facility is one of the largest in the UK withover 200 weld procedures and dedicated weld engineeringsupport we are able to handle pipework ranging from ½” to 60”in diameter and provide all of the necessary NDT, pressuretesting, heat treatment and stress relieving support.
