Kenneth Ryan is a Galway native who has been hosting retreats at Delphi Resort since 2005. His style of teaching is often lively, balanced with gentleness of approach and his yoga philosophy and practice advocate a peaceful free stance. Ken has always placed great emphasis on restful awareness and he loves to share epitome yoga teachings - i.e. simple realisations of the natural state of being.
