HEALTHY LIFESTYLES INVITATIONAL
ParticipationInvitational ContestOpen to intermediates and seniorsIndividual and team entries accepted!Teams:
◦3-4 youth within same age division from same county
Individuals:◦Randomly grouped with other individuals
to form a team for presentation portion of contest
Contest Format – Part 1Judging/placing of 8 classes – Individually
◦Set up similar to CDM contest
Intermediates & Seniors judge same classes
7 minutes per class
Universal Form A Scantron
Each class worth 50 points
Contest Format – Part 2Each team presented with a scenario
◦5 minutes to evaluate it, decide on a solution and prepare a presentation
◦5 minutes to give presentation on solution to problem/scenario
◦2 additional minutes for Q&A with judges
Topic will tie back to one of class topics
Presentation worth 50 points
