1) Example of a good mail ・The subject tells you what the mail is about. ・The main text is easy to read (the lines are appropriate length, one
line space between paragraphs).

2) Example of a bad mail (1) No subject (2) No line breaks making text hard to read (3) No mention about the attached file (4) The main text gives no indication of whom the mail is from or the
intended recipient (no name for the sender or recipient)

(1) No subject means the main text must be read to find out what the mail is about.
(4) No sender or recipient makes it impossible to tell who the mail is from or to.
(2) Text without line breaks is hard to read.
CAUTION①②③… or ⅠⅡⅢ… as these may appear as different characters on some computers. Never use half-width Katakana either as the recipient may have problems reading it.
(3) No mention about the attached file makes the recipient easily miss it.
