RC4 – FInES implementation recasting platformHere the research objectives will be the identification of methods and tools aimed at transforming the Innovation and Change (I&C) specifications into technical specifications and then a renewed running FInES

FInES Recast will be driven by the I&C specs; solutions capable of supporting continuous

innovation taking place “in vivo”; FInES will be able to always keep on its operational

and running state; changes will be continuously applied.

allow business experts to specify, in a precise and unambiguous ways;

innovations to be introduced at a business level.

RC2 – FInES awareness and intelligence platformThis research challenge addresses the problem related to the capacity of an enterprise to look at its own operations

understanding how it is doing, identifying innovation

needs and opportunities, but also shortcoming and problems to be corrected;

improving and integrating extensive monitoring, assessment, and forecasting capabilities;

capturing and representing the above observations, to be then carefully analysed and assessed;

the monitoring and gathered knowledge will feed activities able to identify the needs and opportunities for innovation.
