    In Dramatically Improving Voter Turnout By Up To 70%

    Proposed Return on Your Investment Between July 2015 and December

    2016:1. Dynamically improved voter turnout in treated counties by between

    20% and 70%.

    6. Solicit a list of as many email addresses as possible of Palm BeachCountys 366,000 registered Democrats and 263,968 registered Inde-pendents.

    7. Create a tool to attract eddresses from registered voters who are loathto share them.

    8. Develop contacts with all 67 Florida Counties to encourage them toadapt Te Enlightened Voter turnout model into their own county

    monthly edition.9. Develop contacts nationally to encourage adopting Te Enlightened

    Voter voter turnout model in every state.

    10. Develop materials for door-knockers to solicit email address sub-scriptions for Te Enlightened Voter.
