team. What were each person's
"high" moment and "low" moment of
the week? Let this be a time where
team members have a chance to
shine, offering support and care for
their teammates.

As a manager, it is your responsibility to
make sure your team is taken care of.
Show them you care by writing down
what they request from you or any ideas
they share with you, following up on their
requests and ideas, and getting back to
them in a timely manner, just like you
would have them do for you. This will
build trust and respect amongst your
team members and discourage
complainers.
