Data Exchange (COBie)
• COBie stands for Construction Operations Building information exchange.
• COBie 2 standard, Facility management handover services
enabling O&M data to be combined by BIM model and made to clients
• The idea behind COBie is that the key information is all pulled into one format and shared between the construction team at defined stages in a project.
