General Description of Project

� The scope of work was to install radio link

between UltraTech Cement Limited

Awarpur Cement Works Plant CCR and

Chandrapur Super Thermal Power Station

[CSTPS] Ash handling System.

� GE 200CPU E05-CG PLC at one end and Server [SCADA Software Factory View]

were interface with on Ethernet IP Protocol at Master station.

� 2 nos. of Make Prosoft ,Model RLXIB-IHW- 2.4 GHz

Radio modems were used for 29.2 Km link

� 2 nos. of make Prosoft , Model RLX-IHG -2.4 GHz Radio

modems were used for Location shifting to gain antenna

height using Silo structures.

� M/S Sheetal Wireless was responsible for basic engineering, installation and

commissioning of the radio link .

� Point-to- Point Link is established for distance of 29.02 KM with line of sight

situation.

� Customer very satisfied with the solution.
